I build all of my NeckBone Trumpet calls in my shop in Newville, Alabama.  I have several species of wood on hand and can order others if needed.  If you have a special preference of wood and mouth piece materials for a custom made trumpet, then I would like to honor your request.  It can take from 2-4 weeks to complet a custom call and calls start at $100 and may vary with the materials used in the call.  Each call will come with a custom adjustable lanyard and a carrying case.  I only make trumpet/yelper turkey calls.  Fill out the form below and I will respond with an answer and availability of your request.

As a new callmaker, I am always trying to improve my craft.  Experience and time can help the quality of a finished product.  Starting out, I was affraid to try expensive and exotic materials, but with time I have expanded my craft to more unique opportunities.  The NeckBone Trumpets below are a step above in materiels and finish.  The sounds are realistic to a turkey and will be treasured for generations to come.  As a long-time turkey hunter and a person passionate about the calls that were developed long ago and have been since the 1970's, I try to put a little piece of me in every call I make.  I hope you will try one of my calls and let a friend hear music to an O'l gobblers ears!

Jordan Style NeckBone Yelpers

Back in the early 1980's, when I first started hunting turkeys, I was very interested in yelpers and making my own turkey calls.  I started with cane and made my first Jordan style yelpers.  Cane calls were easy to break so I saw were I could make a three piece call from the turkey wingbone.  I made those for myself, friends and an occassional hunter getting his first turkey. Today, I am making a Jordan style call on my lathe using beautiful woods and durable materials as a mouthpiece.  I did my best to duplicate my favorite wingbone in tone and pitch.  These are NeckBone Yelpers available to purchase.

Custom Turkey Hunters Package
