Classic in New Orleans
The 2011 Bassmaster Classic is in the history books as one of the best fishing tournaments ever. The winning total stringer by Classic winner Kevin Van Dam sets a new classic record at 69lbs. 11ozs. The top fishermen in the country all gave praise to the fantastic fishery just out of New Orleans, Louisiana. We were there for Cabela's showing young kids how to call turkeys. The attendance was very large for the 3 day event and there was a lot to see and do. These photos were taken at the final weigh-in.
