CUSTOM ORDER SHOP

I build all of my NeckBone Trumpet calls in my shop in Newville, Alabama.  I have several species of wood on hand and can order others if needed.  If you have a special preference of wood and mouth piece materials for a custom made trumpet, then I would like to honor your request.  It can take from 2-4 weeks to complet a custom call and calls start at $100 and may vary with the materials used in the call.  Each call will come with a custom adjustable lanyard and a carrying case.  I only make trumpet/yelper turkey calls.  Fill out the form below and I will respond with an answer and availability of your request.  Payment is in full when ordered and I use a PayPal account to initiate the order.  Shipping is included to your door.  Not many turkey hunters will use a trumpet, but the ones that do have a slight advantage.  Get your NeckBone Trumpet before next season and have an advantage with a Big Ol' Gobbler!

CUSTOM NECKBONE TRUMPETS Premium

As a new callmaker, I am always trying to improve my craft.  Experience and time can help the quality of a finished product.  Starting out, I was affraid to try expensive and exotic materials, but with time I have expanded my craft to more unique opportunities.  The NeckBone Trumpets below are a step above in materiels and finish.  The sounds are realistic to a turkey and will be treasured for generations to come.  As a long-time turkey hunter and a person passionate about the calls that were developed long ago and have been since the 1970's, I try to put a little piece of me in every call I make.  I hope you will try one of my calls and let a friend hear music to an O'l gobblers ears!

I wanted to stay in the tradition of callmakers past and build a few calls that have been proven in design over the years to produce authentic turkey sounds.  I have two yelper designs available by Custom Order for now.  One is a 2-piece design and the other a 3-piece design.  Both use my old .45 ACP brass and a brass mouthpiece.  They have a very true sound and can be shifted in tone by the caller with practice.  I really love these calls for looks and sound, and how they fit into the history of callmaking.  Watch for available calls coming in the future!

Custom Turkey Hunters Package

I will build a custom package of three matching wood calls consisting of a trumpet, a crow call and a reed type owl hooter.  These calls will come with two custom lanyards, one for the trumpet and a double lanyard for the locator calls.  Base price is $250 and an additional charge for premium materials and a custom display box.  Below is a sample of a 3 call package using Spalted Pecan wood. This Locator Collection is made with Cocobolo wood and includes a crow call, a turkey call and an owl call.  This is a hard fine grain wood with dark grain character.  The NeckBone Trumpet has a Tortoise Amber acrylic mouthpiece with a rubber lip stop.  All of the calls come with a custom made adjustable lanyard and are displayed in a presentation box that can be personalized if requested.  Just in time for Christmas $300/set. 

Snakewood Locator Collection

The Locator Collection represents three of the calls many turkey hunters use to locate a gobbler.  The collection consist of a trumpet turkey call, a crow call and an owl call.  This custom made call collection is a "One of a Kind" collection made with the exotic Snakewood.  The trumpet has a black bone mouthpiece and a foam lipstop, the crow call has the black delrin internals and the owl uses a reed system to make the owl sounds.  The set comes in a wood box and includes all the lanyards needed for carrying your new calls.  A perfect gift or just a great addition to anyones hunting tools!
